My career kickstarted with a playful exploration of interfaces found everywhere: video games, microwaves, ovens, car systems, and even humble doorknobs.
This curiosity blossomed into a decade-long career designing websites, leading user research projects, and crafting digital products across Canada, the UK, and South America.
In the age of AI, I focus on adapting the design process to empathize with people and their needs. I focus on understanding how technology impacts people, businesses, and communities, creating meaningful connections that go beyond pixels.
When not at work, I'm going outside or volunteering at the Ottawa Skateboard Association, applying my design and UX skills to community-building efforts through research, writing, social media, teaching, and organizing events.
I'm based in Ottawa, Canada, but I'm originally from Brazil. Olá! :)

When I'm not at work, I have a never-ending list of hobbies:
• Cooking, drawing, hiking, travelling, volunteering, skateboarding, snowboarding, yoga, cycling, photographing, reading, listening to music, and checking Dense Discovery.
• I'm experimenting with motion graphics, I went back to learn how to code and I keep dreaming about enrolling in a woodworking course once I have extra time. 🪵
• I also volunteer at the Ottawa Skateboard Association, contributing to community-building efforts through writing, social media, teaching, and events.
